Hunter’s Moon- also called Travel Moon, Dying Grass Moon, Blood Moon or Sanguine Moon. For us in Arizona this is a great time to consider the things we are hunting for in our life as we head into the wonderful season ahead. This is also a great time to bring in a new divination tool (or reconnect with me you have) and ask your ancestors for guidance and answers.
Also consider leaving a closed glass bottle of spring water out under the full moon for making potent ancestral strength water for bathing and anointing with.
Stones like Turritell Agate (the gem with fossils) can be charged for ancestral communication under this moon and our home made ‘Ancestral Roots’ candles are a perfect accompaniment!
Be open to receiving messages from your beloved ancestors the night before, the night of and the night after this full moon.
Gratitude is always on our mind during each full moon- go out and thank those around you who helped you in your life in some way. If you called upon any spirit guides for assistance, a random act of kindness is an amazing offering!
