Understanding Santa Muerte- (June 19 11am-1pm) Facilitator: Aaron Mateo (Catholic Spiritualist & Santa Muerte Advocate) Belief in Santa Muerte is one of the fastest growing spiritual movements in the world, yet her worship remains largely misunderstood and misrepresented in media and pop culture. In this discussion, we will learn about the vast history of the Most Holy Death, her cultural and geopolitical impact on the Americas, how her veneration and Magick has given hope to those in need and how you can begin a relationship with her. In addition to learning about Santa Muerte, we will learn to build our own personal altars in addition to a simple ritual for working with Santa Muerte’s three most-popular magickal aspects.
