Dec 13 (1-3pm) Herbal Resilience- Facilitator: Jessi, The Alchemist Lady. Stress is more complicated than simply taking an herb and hoping you feel better. In this class, we’ll explore commonly used herbalism terms, including adaptogens, anxiolytics, antidepressants, neuroprotectives, and more, while learning what these terms mean and how they relate to the body’s response to stressors.
